[IMPORTANT] LEGALITY ISSUES

As many of you know, Cartoon Network owns the whole FusionFall franchise. Therefore, many things are illegal for us to do while we make our own FusoinFall game.

It's ILLEGAL to...

• Using ripped models and files from FusionFall. (Includes models, codes, pictures, GUI, logos, and all the files from FusionFall)
  
• Make any money from our game. (No donations, no income, nothing.)
  
• Charge the game with payments like Pay to Play. (Must be Free to Play no matter what.)
  
• Copy FusionFall's plot/story line word for word.
  
• Use, modify, improve, or edit FusionFall's logo.
  

It's LEGAL to...

• Use the same NPC names.
  
• Make models that look like characters from Cartoon Network.

Wait, You sure about the whole "Using the copyrighted names" biz????

Another thing...............guys, we cant sustain this game without some sort of income. We gotta work out a way around that. FusionFall went COMPLETLY F2P and we all know what happened with that.

We could at least have an item mall.............but we gotta do something about the game first. We cant pay for this out of pocket for an indeterminate extended period of time.

Why not? Since when did we say we are going to make a MMORPG? I'm thinking of a small self hosted server with no more than 50 people (20 is ideal). And if there was any need to pay, I'm the guy with the money.
